Who Are We?

Our background may help you understand who we are and what we do. Our great desire is to restore the church of the New Testament in the 21st Century. We follow the model of the New Testament church because they had first-hand information from the apostles and Jesus Himself. We read and explore the Bible to determine what the first church was like and we try to be as much like that church as possible. We believe this is a worthy and unifying goal for all Christians!

We are a non-denominational, Bible-centered church. We are aware that our conclusions are not always flawless and that our behaviors are sometimes affected by habit, tradition, preference, and convenience. Even so, we believe the Bible should be our only guide and the ultimate authority in spiritual matters. We will never knowingly disobey or contradict the Bible.

If you have visited another Church of Christ you may notice some similarities to them and some variations as well. Every congregation of the Church of Christ is completely autonomous and independent. We are not associated with any denominational headquarters or any other organized religious group.
